can i send you the backup file so that you should help me with the restoration because i have been working on the restoration for along time. The full backup up file is about 1.6GB and i also have the partial backup of home directory and others which is about 90.1MB.

This means there is nothing wrong with the backup that i made? because i can not see the website files in the backup. Sorry i'm sort of new to website management.

for about two weeks i have been trying to upload the content backup to the server the backup was made from a different host and was uploading it on johnny server. I made both partial and full backups from the control panel using the control panel backup backup feature.

i could not restore the full backup as the file is too big and exceeds the disk space so i had to restore using the partial backup. The home directory backup restoration is however taking too long,

i wanted to ask for your help in uploading and restoring the website so that the web site should be up and running in the shortest time possible

ok this is how idid it and it has been working all along untill last week

after creating the email addresess on the cpanel i used the following settings on outlook

username : isaac.munthali@c3.mw

incoming mail server: mail.c3.mw

POP3 : port 110

outgoing mailserver :mail.c3.mw

SMTP: port : 25

when i run test account settings the following messages is displayed

log onto the incomming mail server (POP3) Failed

send test e-mail message Failed

ERRORS

log onto the incoming mail server (POP3) : the operation timeout waiting for a response from the recieving POP server. if you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)

we are failing to send and recieve email when ever a mail is sent we get this message

The error that the other server returned was:

550 No Such User Here"

unfortunately the email address that was used to register is hosted on the heliohost server and we are not receiving mails from this server. so would you kindly send the new password to james.dalo@gmail.com

I am still failing to sign in on c panel, may you please reset my password and email it to the primary email info@c3.mw and also to my personal email james.dalo@gmail.com?
