I' ve tried several times to reset my password. Not receiving the email for reset. Checked spam folder... everywhere... no email. Erased cookies, cache from browser. Nothing. Please, I need to reset my pw. Thanks.

I need to log in to my account. I am having problems with password reset. This appears when I access confirmation page: Please make sure that you are accessing the full, correct URL from the email and that you are using the same browser session in which you started the password reset. I tried using another browser, erasing cookies, cache... nothing works. Please, help... I need to access my account!!!!!!!!
