I think my IP has been blocked. I guess it might be because of FileZilla. I'll try to check if there are too many connections being made.

The reason I suspect that my IP is blocked is because I can reach my site on my smart phone, but not from my home network. (And I also remember it happening a few months ago...)

Can you see why I'm making 200 simultaneous(?) FTP attempts? I limited the connections to 1 (as well as 1 transfer both upload and download) in FileZilla. Could it be my router, or should I change FTP program?

I've gotten the same error the whole day. (42000: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1286 Unknown table engine 'InnoDB')

I guess something happened when they restarted the server. It will probably just be a matter of time until it starts working again!

Yes it does. I actually had a brute force protection kick in because I tried to log on too many times. But since then the block has been released. Does that mean that your firewall blocks the IP I originally used indefinitely until you unblock it again manually? Or can I fix it myself?

I have a similar problem that I had a few months ago; I can't reach my page (www.matfynd.nu) from my home network, neither sign in to my account.

It started after the page was down for a while, but now it works for all other connections, just not from home. Is there a ban I can configure away myself?

Ehm... it might be, it seems like I can't reach my account at all now.

Has something happened to it? I try to reset the password to my e-mail (gmail) but no e-mail is showing up. I've checked the spam folder as well.

I have a peculiar problem.

One time heliohost was down and I couldn't reach my page (www.matfynd.nu). After a while, it came back up again, but since then, I can't reach it from home, neither log on to my cpanel.

When I do a tracert call on my page, it times out on

Is this your server?

This is the last stop before 216.218.192.170 (which is the homepage). I can reach it from other places, not just from my home network (tried different browsers and computers).

As I can get 12 trace steps, I certainly can go pass my router. I've tried to flush my dns with no luck. I tried a factory reset on the router. No luck.

Does any kind soul know what I should do, or have any suggestions? :-)
