I had a request once again, can you change my e-mail address above with "edited", because I incorrectly typed during registration. This e-mail address (edited) is also my e-mail, but I want the e-mail address on the stevie same with at johnny. Sorry, I bothered you. Thank you so much for all the answers you have given to me.

Can i use the same username for cpanel?.

Innodb engine crashes on stevie, I can not update the database. I had to replace the engine from myisam to innodb, but I think myisam less suitable for drupal (I use drupal on my site). Proven by the time I want to install a views and other module in drupal, but instead there is an error after it emerged can not connect to mysql server (work fine in innodb). And I hope the repair can be carried out immediately, therefore I want to ask you to create a new hosting account on the johnny server without deleting or moving from stevie to Johnny. And if I may want to use a remote mysql with Johnny as host.

Dear Admin and Staff heliohost. I want to install "drupal common" in my site, but I found the following problems:

1. Your PHP execution time is too low, please set it greater than or equal to 120 seconds.

2. APC is installed but 32M is not enough APC cache to successfully install Drupal Commons. Find your apc.ini file and change the apc.shm_size value to at least 96M.

Is it possible to fulfill both the problems above. Sorry my bad english, Thanks.

I'm having trouble during the installation of the software in Softaculous. Every time I click on the install button always appears:

"The following errors were found:

Could not make the query numbered: 6

MySQL Error No: 2013

MySQL Error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query".

I only have 1 database. In cpanel there is only showing one database, but in the phpmyadmin showing 4 database (including my database). The third database is the property of the software I installed, but found the problem.

I'm not interested in having two accounts on different servers.

Stevie is currently running php 5.3.8 which is two versions less than the 5.3.10 that your error says it requires. Johnny is currently running php 5.3.17 which is seven versions newer than what your site requires. I will bump the upgrade of php/mysql/apache on Stevie up a few notches on the priority list, but if you're in a hurry to get your site working on Heliohost you could consider moving to Johnny. http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account

I don't want to moving my site from stevie to Johnny and I'm also not in a hurry to build my site with Drupal 8. But please, if possible upgrade the PHP version. Thanks for your answer and support.
