"johnny" is the server

so, i'm trying to install this perl program called "CorneliOS" that is essentially an operating system in your browser (or webtop) for group and fun purposes. but: There is no terminal access and: when i open the the perl script (installer.pl) it gives me an internal server error. it says it runs on LAMP stacks, so i was hoping this is a linux-based host? anyway, i need help with this. (running Windows 7 32bit)
