  1. Is there anyway to do this without first deleting my account? Would it be possible to get a temporary account on Stevie first and then delete it on Johnny once my site is moved over? I'm just wondering because otherwise it will require probably at least 2-3 days of downtime.

When I try to send emails through heliohost, I am blacklisted by a number of ISPs, including Verizon ( http://www.Verizon.net/whitelist ) and Optimum Online ( http://csi.cloudmark.com/reset-request ). Also, when I receive emails from heliohost to an outlook.com account, it is sent to the junk folder. Any way an admin can get these whitelisted or is it a lost cause?
