Greetings, I was trying to make a new account at Johnny yesterday but it seemed to block me doing so. Today I found out I already had an account with HelioHost and tried to reset it's password although it has said that it is suspended. Now, what bothers me is that I haven't been active for a very long period and haven't used the hosting service. As of now, I am trying to get my account working here in order to have my gaming community's website and forum up and running. Basically, the forum will be used for discussions and the website will be used as UCP (User Control Panel) which is connected to a MySQL database and gathers informations from players on the gaming server (which is hosted on a different host). Do I have a possibility to have my hosting service back or I seem to be banned from using the free services? Kind regards, marijan95.
