  1. Hmm...Your account was deleted. Feel free to create a new one.

Made a new account. I'm guessing my account was deleted by accident?

    I have one issue though.

Error from park wrapper: deathmax.tk is owned by another user.

Error from park wrapper: deathmax.co.cc is owned by another user.

These were domains that were on the deleted account.

EDIT: I've bypassed the issue by using the domain changer script. But adding subdomains result in the same "<domain> is owned by another user" message.

  2. Username : Deathmax

    Server : Johnny

    Domain : deathmax.tk

Recently the site was down and when it got back up, I see a queued page and I'm unable to log into my account. I get hit with a Login Attempt Failed! whenever I try to log in.I've also attempted to reset my password, but I never get an email.

FTP also results in a Login Authentication Failed.

Logging in via heliohost.com/home results in We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database.

  3. Should be up now. The hackers seem to have replaced random files with their HTML page, so I'm not sure but that might have happened to you guys too. If it did... sorry, but we have no backups.

It seems to have replaced any file with the word index in it.

Also, parts of cPanel is still not back up yet

  4. For people currently on Stevie, we can delete their accounts and allow them to re-signup on Johnny.

So if we wish to have ASP.Net or JSP, we have to signup again on Johnny (after our account on Stevie is deleted) right?

Will there be a thread where I can ask for such a deletion, or is it treated on a case-by-case basis?

  5. Can't seem to access the site, even though pinging it still works.

Also noticed the server load images from Byron are also dead.

EDIT : Just saw the server status on the Heliohost front page. FTP still works though?

EDIT : Every domain is now pointing at the queued page?

  6. Did you write index.php or is it part of a software package? What other php scripts have you been running?

It was part of a software package, but the script I was running before was deathmax.co.cc/i/upload.php

Apache is setup to limit each user to a maximum of 5 forked processes at a time.

Sadly, I have no idea how to kill those processes.
