Am I allowed to use javascript on the Stevie server?

So can i delete the cgi-bin folder from the site contents?

So it's been 24 hours and when I go onto my site it still has that "cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi" Can I start uploading or do I still have to wait? Thanks, Harry

Register again, this also happened to be but then when I registered again the next day it worked.
