No I didn't get any emails you sent. I did check the junk mail – that was the first thing I did. The only folder that isn't empty is the sent folder. It shows all the emails sent out including the @mail-tester.com ones, but alas, nothing in my inbox or junk mail folder.

I tried Hotmail, Mail.com, Yahoo, then set up another email address with my domain, "test@foreverinmemory.co.uk" to try to send am email to the original address using all the cpanel webmails, squirrelmail, roundcube, and hoarde.
On each occasion, sent folders show mail has been sent, but doesn't arrive in inbox.

Email address is currently don@foreverinmemory.co.uk but I have the same issue with every email address I create from that account.

Is it possible to reset my account? I have mistakenly deleted some folders in File Manager and am having ongoing problems, mainly with receiving emails both via webmail and mail client.

I used the the password to try and login, but got the same "The login is invalid” message. I carefully tried twice with no success.

I assume that I have been suspended but not sure why. I can't access cpanel even after the password is reset. I have tried several times.

Fixing the outgoing port to 465 seem to have helped though I still can't send mail to some of my personal email addresses. I always get a delivery failure when trying to send to @email.com and mail.com addresses. Are these blocked? I can receive from them but not send to them.

Using the suggested settings I am still unable to send emails from my Mac Mail client. The main issue appears to be related to the outgoing mail server (smtp) settings. I am also having issues sending emails to Mail.com addresses from the webmail. I always get a delivery failure to my personal email account. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
