Hello, My account at derrysearch.heliohost.org may have been suspended. Previously (last Monday) when I tried to access the site, it was down. And suddenly today the site is no longer down but it says that my account may have been suspended. I tried to reactivate it but the website says the account is non existent or has some problems with it. I tried to reset the password and receive an email with a link to reset the password but it says password cannot be reset. I have tried also to create a new account with the same domain name but it says the domain name still exists and therefore cannot be recreated. I have logged into cpanel just last month and I believe I have not violate any of the terms in the Terms Of Service. Could anyone help me? Thank you, Derry
