Unfortunately, It still doesn't work. When I try to setup addon domain I get the next: "There was a problem creating the addondomain. Error from park wrapper: rodya.info is already configured".

 

At the same time addon domain list is empty. When I open rodya.info It says: "HelioHost Account Queued".

 

Any thoughts?

I also have the same problem, I add the domain names on the 27th, and now can not access,

Domain Name: chinatcm.info 88yes.info

You can't add the www as the domain name because www is a subdomain of your site and it gets added through the cpanel. You'll still be able to go to your site through www after you create the domain. Your addon domain should show up in the list in a few days if you corrctly added it.
