I still waiting for the sent message to my email address. May be something wrong with my email? May you provide me with your email address and I will send blank mail from my email to ensure the communication?

I cannot login to cPanel with chosen password at all even that initial screen appeared in URL “http://frames.heliohost.org”. Message that appears in login cPanel screen is “Login is invalid”. That’s why yesterday I tried to reset my password. However I don’t received email with new password up to this moment. Please help me to login in cPanel.
