Hi. The IT department/admin removed all the references to jamesnb.com which fixed the DNS entry already exists error, but I still can't register. I got an error message with no content.

Yes, there actually is nothing written after "The error is:" in the email. What should I do next?

Hi, I keep trying to sign up and I have been signed up before under this same address: www.jamesnb.com

Now I keep getting this error message.

The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for jamesnb.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster). Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again.

I did purchase the domain through a different provider this time, but they say the problem is not on their end.

I'm not sure how to go about fixing this.
