mugil

My website is www.mugil.info.My site is snot opening for the past two days.Firefox says "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading".I cannot open the cpanel from this link too www.mugil.info/cpanel , but the cpanel is opening when i login through the website instead of the link.Please help me to solve this problem.

hiiii...... I am new to hosting.I have a domain which is www.mugil.info.I have registered in helionet.org recently.I dont know how to change my domain from the server which i used before to helionet.org.Can anyone help me or guide me what should i do to change my domain from the old server which i used to helionet's server.
