lol that's gratitude for ya...! my vote is for best free hosting around. plenty of space, features and bandwidth. but hey i've only tried a dozen others or so, so i guess it's just my opinion. :-)

so i was wanted to change my main hosting domain from ktwdemo.com to crazytwalk.com first i entered the info in 'addon domain' (later realized i could have used 'park domain') and submitted, at first it was listed in the addons in cpanel then it disappeared... i try to go to crazytwalk.com and it says account is queued... but it's just an addon? in my previous experience with cpanel this was instant, but i understand heliohost may have it setup differently. so then i tried entering it in park domain and it says park wrapper already exists for crazytwalk.com. so i can't do that now instead... dang. could someone take a look i really don't mind if it's one or the other, but my preference would be to remove ktwdemo.com entirely and replace it with crazytwalk.com if u can. thanx in advance, Tony

ok but now I am getting impatient because it's been 4 days and while my dns has populated and points to heliohosts nameservers, my account doesn't even seem to exist yet. ??? I should add that I did get this email initially regarding account installation, but assume that my account is not "active" yet, however I do not even see a suspended message either as the email suggests: Dear majick, Your hosting account at HelioHost has been installed. Here is your account information: Username: majick (note: case sensitive!) Password: ******* Domain: ktwdemo.com Control Panel URL: http://ktwdemo.com/cpanel Please note that you may have to wait before your account becomes active. If this is so, you will see a suspended message on your domain until validation.

[bleeped!] i was really hoping you *would* call me impatient... i was asking for it... instead u told me to be patient... close enough i suppose. hehe

1. i have set my nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org... can't find server! (okay okay it's only been 24 hours but I usually find it works instantly with my registrar - namecheap that is.) --> ktwdemo.com 2. can't login with my heliohost username and password on heliohost's main page. it doesn't recognize me at all. username --> majick yes you can call me impatient if u like... but I am testing this service because I want to refer others to it and it seems strange that things would take so long when other free hosts can have ur account up in (literally) 10 seconds.
