The tmp disc is full on Stevie, this can be seen in cPanel under "Service stats".
Disk /dev/sda6 (/tmp) | 100%
The other discs are getting alarmingly full as well btw.
[Solved] Out Of /tmp Space? Joomla Error

Errors in PHP are:
Warning: Unknown: write failed: No space left on device (28) in Unknown on line 0
Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0
When reviewing the "Service stats" from cPanel it shows this overview:
Service | Details
mysql (5.1.56-log) | up
exim (exim-4.69-30_cpanel_maildir) | up
syslogd | up
cpsrvd | up
imap | failed
named | up
postgresql | up
sshd | up
spamd | up
cpdavd | up
ftpd | up
Server Load | 7.24 (4 cpus)
Memory Used | 52.5 %
Swap Used | 18.46 %
Disk /home1/cosmosia (/home1/cosmosia) | 88 % <-- I only use 33MB?!
Disk /dev/sdb3 (/home1) | 89 %
Disk /dev/sda6 (/tmp) | 100 %
Disk /dev/sda7 (/home) | 82 %
Disk /dev/sdb5 (/var/lib/pgsql) | 21 %
Disk /dev/sda8 (/var/lib/mysql) | 47 %
Disk /dev/sda9 (/var/cpanel) | 24 %
Disk /dev/sda1 (/) | 93 %
Disk /dev/sda2 (/var) | 97 %
Disk /dev/sda3 (/usr) | 94 %
The full temp disc is causing the current error, but the /var and /usr discs need more space or everything will grind to a halt
