as i search through internet i find hostes servicing vpn connection just like "freevpn1.homeunix.com" . in fact i am not full knowledge of network can you please tell me how they do so while i cant and the way do?

i did so in public_html and public_ftp but as i want to download an error warns this is my download link mysite.heliohost.org/myfile.fileextesion if this is incorrect then tell me please the correct one .

i want to have a vpn connection to my host .is it possible. do other hosting servises support it? how i can do so and make that kind of connection? thank so much
