  1. I forgot the username, but the domain/hosting account is: charityproxy.heliohost.org ; the domain I bought for it was: charityproxy.us I have a feeling that I'm out of luck...
  2. I wasn't paying attention to the hosting account messages telling me that my account was going to be deleted and it was deleted for not signing in on time. I was wondering if my account is still on the database and if the files are safe. If they are, I was wondering if it is possible to reinstate my hosting account. Hosting Name: CharityProxy
  3. Go to your cPanel and click onto Parked Domains and make sure it's not set up to redirect. THANK YOU, AGAIN!!!!! EVERYTHING IS PERFECT, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!!!! I hope my website takes off!
  4. I want the website to show up when entering: http://charityproxy.us, not to redirect it.
  5. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I have one problem though...it redirects to the domain, instead of using it as a parked domain.
  6. The nameservers for heliohost are: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org is your dns provider asking for the ip address's too? Here is the screen to create a new nameserver: Here is the screen to register a nameserver: So would I enter HelioHost's nameserver into the register form?
  7. Did somebody else set up the nameservers for you? The reason I ask how long ago is because it can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours for the dns changes to take place. I created a nameserver with the IP address: 65.19.143.3, 6 hours ago. But when I enter the IP address into my browser, it says the account is queued.
  8. I have no experience with nameservers, all I know is that I don't have any set up. Can you help me set one up? I think I've found a good tutorial, I'll post back later.
  9. I successfully bought a domain name and parked it to redirect to: http://charityproxy.heliohost.org, but it doesn't work. The domain name support team says that it was pointed correctly, but it doesn't respond to the domain name. Can someone help? CPanel UserName: cp HelioHost Domain: charityproxy.heliohost.org My Domain: charityproxy.us
