  1. I'm not sure if this is the way to get help on the same topic but I'll try - and if I'm not doing it right please let me know. I'm having a similar problem connecting to MySQL. I'm also using Query Browser following the earlier instructions to use Server Host 65.19.143.2 Port 2086, my userid which is my cpanelID_krp, my password (use the same one for both cpanel and database) and I leave the schema blank. The error I get says Query Browser "could not connect to the specified instance", MySQL error 2013 "lost connection to mySQL server during query. pinging looks good (22ms). I set my remote mysql database on cpanel to my address using a % for the last node, eg: 192.168.1.% Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, Ken
  2. Thanks Byron - That was the problem and I am back. I'll remember to login to cpanel at least once every 30 days.
  3. It occurs to me that it might be because the site uses a form to collect volunteer hours and the form data is then emailed to another account of mine where I take the information an put it into a local database. This is not spam email and the only addressee is my own account. Could this be the reason for the suspension?
  4. I tried to access my account and was notified that it was suspended. Since this is a very, very small site I cannot understand what caused the suspension. How do I get reinstated?
  5. I using Javascript and developing using Microsoft Frontpage. I'm trying to do an interactive counter on a form (got the source and techniques from a website. The JS code works perfectly in Frontpage but when I publish to Heliohost the JS does not work - and I get no error messages. Anybody have any idea what is going wrong? Thanks BTW: I really new to writing code.
