For unknown reason I cannot access my website, nor CPanel.

Then I tried to renew my website I got: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database...".

I remember what lately I haven't got any emails from Heliohost regarding to renewing or anything similar.

My CPanel username is ignas252

My website url is: www.iphp.tk

Could you please change main domain for "uprising" user from artlife.com to "liveart.heliohost.org" or delete account?

That's my friends account i told her about Heliohost and she didn't knew what you need to pay for com domains, so she used com domain, and now she cant access his website.
