Hello, I have a request concerning my account named 'usssphinx". In short, I am no longer able to log into the account. This is follow the crash of Johnny, of which, my domain in registered to. Each time I try to login, I get this error saying: "We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database." I realize that you've had your hands full trying to restore service, but I would greatly appriciate it if someone could look into this issue as soon as possible so that I can get my site back up to working order.
