After many failed attempts -- what seemed to me as getting kicked off ftp -- I have finally gotten all my files uploaded. The question as to why the problems in the first place has not been answered though.

I am glad you asked that question, because I was going to ask the same thing. My original password was 16 characters. If there is a maximum number of characters that a password can or should be, should that not be mentioned on the signup form? Also, the question as to why I did not receive an email when trying to reset my password was never answered. Does that also have to do with the amount of characters in the original password?

I tried both ways with no success. Did I mess my account up when I tried to reset my password? And, why did I not receive a confirmation email when I tried to reset my password?

I set up a new account and received the email stating that fact. I waited at least 48 hours, and when I tried to login all I get is that the "The Login is Invalid". I tried resetting the password, and once again I failed to receive a confirmation email!! I setup a new gmail account, so I know my email is good. What's the deal guys!! Edit - I believe that since I tried to reset my password but received NO confirmation email, my account is now completely inaccessible by me.

Krydos - I am unable to receive the emails at the address provided when I signed up, it was only meant to be temporary until I got another one set up. I had no idea that I would have this kind of problem setting this account up. I have since set up another email address. If you could resend the information mentioned in the previous post to - ?????? - I would greatly appreciate it. Edit - email address removed. If you need/want the email address, post and let me know how to get it to you.

When I try to login it redirects to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/login/, stating that the Login Attempt Failed!
