No, WHM is not the place to install certificates. cPanel is.

 

Please contact your certificate provider and ask them how to install their certificate on cPanel. I know for a fact that there are people at HelioHost using StartSSL certificates successfully. You are probably just missing some important instructions - read everything carefully.

I have read the instructions, And I have done this before on OTHER cpanel servers. anyway no worries I just gave comodo my cpanel info and told them to fix it.

they seem to think the ip doesn't point to the domain, but if you goto the ip u see my site so i dono, there gonna fix it now...

I meant decrypt the key file. but i tried 2 different certificates. I cant seem to do it, can I upload it somewhere pm u the link and have u install it in WHM.

with both the comodo and the startSSL it fails to install

I understand u not knowing me, nor trusting me. my sugjestion was to move the forum so we know what is going on. so my server , ur frends server it doesn't matter to me, i just made the offer.

as for me being a stranger, I said u shoud send me your msn address if u have one. I've gotten to know to know many free host owners. I personally chose to go paid but it is easier to manage that way.

For my servers iperfer linux, but for my personal computer I perfer windows XP (Vista is a resourse Hog...)

I like PHP, i'm no expert, but it is my favorite.

This time, the culprit is open file limits. There are now so many accounts that Linux is preventing Apache from loading every account's domain log. I have currently disabled domain logs, which will result in stat programs not working.

I would like to see u move the suport forum to my server so if the site IS reciving downtime people can check the forum and and see what is going on.

2) ok, I think i know what the problem is (I didn't decrypt my certificate in openSSL) but I cant remove the SSL crt, key or csr, would it be possible for u to remove them, it keeps saying it deleted them, but they never go away, or better yet, if I upload my bundle to the server , since you'll be there to delete it anyway would it be ok if i PM you the location of the certificate and have u install it (after i decrypt it of course)?

If not i atleast need the one deleted.

I also am a cPanel Hosting Provider I rent servers, I'd like to keep my site off of the 2 servers i rent. I have a Strict TOS. I hope hosting my main site here doesn't break your TOS. I have an owned whmcs licence (you can verify with WHMCS) if any of this is a problem let me know and I wont take the time to move my site.

It is completely fine as long as you don't break any of our rules.

I have the crtificate, just needed dedicated IP . Well I know i'm not gonna break any rules as i have to enfoce them on my hosting site. alright will be uploading, after eveything is setup i'll change the nameservers
