Hi, I have been working on my website rileyspiller.net (located on Stevie) for the past few days. An hour or two ago, I was not able to view my website at all: no cPanel, and no error page whatsoever. It just wouldn't load. I saw a topic similar to this from earlier today. Perhaps it is the same issue? Thanks for any help.

Hello, I hate to bother anyone with such a post that may make me seem like a newbie, but I am having very difficult troubles with accessing my cPanel. Earlier, I was logged into cPanel when I decided to change my password to something stronger. My password was reset, and I was then asked to login again. However, it came up with an error saying the login was invalid. Since then, I have attempted to reset the password by sending a confirmation code to my email. The code worked fine; however, the new password it gave me did not. Now, I am stuck with no access to my cPanel and posting in the forums. Help?

[Solved] Password Reset Not Working
in Customer Service

Hi, I recently tried to change my password in cPanel. It booted me out of the system, and when I try to log back into cPanel, it says wrong password. I used the Forgot My Password tool, and it sent me a verification email. Did all the steps. When it gave me the new password, it still did not work to log in to cPanel.
If you could please perform a manual password reset or see what is wrong, that would be great.
