I am trying to login into cpanl using my username and password. whenever i am entering username and password it again asks me login and pwd using dialog box. i entered username and password in that dialog also.. but still it prompts me for username and password again n again..

i am using correct username and password.

My account got suspended. i don't know the actual reason but maybe it was suspended due to inactivity.

I am not able to login into my account. I tried to reset my password but as my account is suspended am not able to do so.

Please activate my account or send a new password to registered email id.

actually when i was not able to login to my account i had to set my namespace at different server because we need to perform some testing on it....

i tried login into my account from heliohost.org and http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ but still i am not able to login..

and even m not getting password confirmation email..
