You'd have to ask the host about that. Sounds like someone already has an account for that domain.

i cleared my cache and i contacted my registrar, waiting for reply

then why is there files on the domain, i clearly know its from you guys because i recognize the files

i finally found a answer about the error that keeps happening, found answer here

The hosting provider already is hosting the domain or they hosted the domain in the past and they kept the DNS zones on their servers. You have to ask them to remove the DNS zone for the domain

got a reply from the other host and the admin said this:

Hello,

It seems that you didn't unparked your domain from your previous host.

Kindly go to your previous host and unpark that from there.

i finally got a reply from the other host i plan on switching and said this

it shows account queued on my site http://streetrp.net even though i didnt register back but as i said on the other post that i found a solution on why the domain still being hosted, ive been searching around and i found the answer here http://www.hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=3436254&pid=32238129#pid32238129 apperently you guys still have the DNS zone for the domain.

If you want to host that domain with us we can help you with that, but if you want to host that domain with another hosting provider you really need to talk to them about it. We cannot provide support for your registrar and random other hosting providers. No matter how friendly and helpful our staff is it's kind of waste of our time to provide support for a service we aren't even in control of.

Your domain shows no DNS records so I'd contact your other host's customer service department and ask them. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=streetrp.net&rec=ALL

yeah i removed the dns records because i was going to switch to another host but it gives me that error. ill see what i can do. thanks for helping me

when i try to enter my domain name to another host, it says this

so im guessing the domain is still being hosted here even though i deleted my account
