Well actually I can ( plan - B ). What are the ports which are allowed?

Are you able to change the ports it uses to something else in the configuration?

It sure looks to me like you can specify the port.

My server is using port 27016.

amxbans_server_address sends the server ip/port to the web. If it's not assigned it sends my local ip instead (the port remains same). Even if I assign some other port - it won't make sense, because the server is using the port above.

Generally Heliohost doesn't open ports that are not essential for the servers operation. I don't think I've seen a single request for ports to be opened on Heliohost approved yet. - Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

But for that reason I assume that's why this was marked as solved.

I think this was solved because I said that I need a inbound connection, but inbound requires a service to run... i made a mistake with that. I need only outbound ports open, to send info to my server. I'm using a plugin called AMXBans for a counter-strike server... The server itself connects successfully to the database, but I can't send any info back to my server from the web... Outbound ports are closed.

No other host has a remote mysql for free. This one has and it's nice.

The only problem I came up with is that the ports are closed. I would really appreciate if they could open the ports for me. Not asking too much IMO
