I do check my mail; probably twenty times a day. If you're referring to checking my mail to see if the above process works, then yes I have tested it and it does work. If you're referring to an email you sent me regarding Heliohost support, unfortunately Heliohost does not have an official email support system. We recommend posting here in the forums to receive the quickest and most efficient support for your Heliohost account. Our official IRC channel is also a good place to post, but be aware that there isnt going to be a volunteer online 24 hours a day to help you via chat. Any other method to contact the Heliohost staff is not official and at best your experience will likely be slow and inconsistent. sorry, meant the personal mail on heliohosts forum.
