My hosting plan (account name is allegra, which is on Stevie) was discontinued due to inactivity but when I click on the renewal link (http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew) in the email I received, your website automatically loads your home page instead so I'm unable to renew my account. What's going on?

My account has been suspended for inactivity, and when I go to the account renewal page to reactivate, it says "Reactivating Account..." but nothing happens. The page has been "reactivating" for at least 10 minutes now and my account is still suspended. This may just be a temporary glitch but wanted to let you know that I've been unable to send or receive email from my domain which is on the Stevie server. It says there's a problem connecting to the server.
