I have 2 domains. One (groovetunez.tk) us associated with a email server, the other (groovetunez.ga) is not.

Is there a way I can have email accounts on both domains?

It seems that the culprit is the address thejazz.place@groovetunez.tk is reporting a wrong password, and I changed it yet again before the lockout.

Could someone please unblock it?

I'm getting a bad password error but I know that password is correct because I reset it before I got locked out again.

Just before the lockout I got an unable to connect error.

What can be causing this?

Found that out as well---they are trying to charge me for a domain that was free...

I have a request out to see what can be done as they didn't inform me---kinda scary to know that they are known to do this.

Would it be possible to change over to my .tk domain and move my addresses and website over?

Spoke too soon---got 2 failure notices on my mr.nash email : Unable to deliver message after multiple tries, giving up.

I filled out the request on my desktop computer several times with no joy.

Looking at my webmail I have not received any mail since the 20th of January...and I know that I was looking for a few verification emails.

I also did not get any send failed emails when I tried to send myself email...

I have noticed that when I log in my primary domain still points to groovetunez.tk instead of groovetunez.ga.

I filled out the domain chage request several times with no change.

If I send myself email it never comes to me.

All my settings look good.

What do I need to do to resolve this, as I am afraid I may be missing emails...?

I just went to install the package and it got to 95% and then informed me that Tommy timed out.

Presuming that my installation has failed and/or has been corrupted how do I go about resolving this issue?

Once again for sounding like a newbie (I am in this matter lol) but I wanna make sure I do this right the first time.

Would it be possible to change it to groovetunez.ga as the primary?

I went to install it and got the following error message:

 The following errors were found :

• Could not gather sufficient data to generate new cookie key. Please make sure your domain is pointing to this server and there is no .htaccess file restricing access to your domain

Upon further inspection I did see that my primary domain is groovetunez.tk and not groovetunez ga (which is the domain I wish to use).

I also did a primary domain change and obviously it didn't take.

What do I need to do to resolve this issue?
