Hello, may I have a second account on Johnny for our non-profit HOA?
Actually, I just realized the HOA's account would be separate from mine, so it wouldn't be a second account. All I do is upload the documents. Please close this request unless this is incorrect.

Sorry, I didn't think about that. I only use s6vtf3sw.
Awhile back when you were having the disk corruption issues with Johnny, one of the options was to switch to Stevie, and thus the new account.
I only use s6vtf3sw
The old one was just a backup in case Stevie developed similar problems but I have not noticed that. I do not need a backup of Johnny since it's only my personal portal and I have all the files on my local hard drive.

I have a reminder set in Outlook so that I login every 15 days. Not sure why this happened. Thank you.
P.S. In reading some other posts, I see a virus or malware was detected and that's why the account was suspended. I have not uploaded any new files or made any changes for weeks so that can't be the problem, either.

The e-mail address I used during registration is unique to Helionet. It has never been disclosed or used to anyone else. I just received a spam message from someone who was able to obtain this e-mail address.
1. Are you aware of any intrusion?
2. Were passwords taken?
3. Do you know what other personal information might have been accessed?
