I emptied my cache, tried visiting http://www.heliohost...ripts/renew.php to renew, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Also, I can't log in to cpanel, either. Is that normal for a suspended account? If you could help me at least understand why I was suspended I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
