That doesn't make sense...

Here's a snippet from the email Helio sent me:

I never received the reset password email.

Please reset may password and email it to me.

The password reset still doesn't work.

I waited and the pasword reset is still not working.

I did a password reset over 24 hours ago and I haven't received an email.

If you can manually reset the password that would be awesome.

Hi,

I cannot log into CCpanel because the password is not correct

The password reset does not work because I never (except once) get an email sent to me

I have tried a number of times

The one time I did get the email I clicked on the link and nothing happened

Internet cache has been cleared
