Hi, a few days ago i request to delete my account. but seems like it's not done completely, which makes it unsuccessful to sign up for a new account with the same domain. below is what i received when trying to sign up a new account: "Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for miahanzhang.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)" so, i will appreciate if you can help delete all the record related to my account [miahz]. thx a lot!
