Hi,
I recently created an account on johnny:
username: phantom
domain: phantom.co.cc
I copied a couple of web pages to my webspace, however, when I tried to access my site earlier today from within my local browser, I received a message indicating no such site exists. But when I tried to access my account via the cpanel on the heliohost home page, I was able to view my file manager and access my email.
When I checked again, some time later, I was now able to access my site without any problems.
However, I have just returned to check my site, and I appear to have the same problem I encountered earlier in the day.
Please could you let me know what might be the cause of this problem? Has my account not been set up correctly? Have I not correctly configured my settings? Or is it just a case of heavy traffic on the servers?
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

After following the advice of another post on here, it would seem that resetting my router and trying again seems to work. Thanks.

I have received the email with the reset password (thank you) however, when I try to enter the username "phantom" with this new password (ensuring all characters lower case and correct), I still get an invalid login message.
Do I need to wait for a certain period of time before this password works? Thanks.

Hi,
I created a new account on johnny a few days ago and received an email of confirmation.
Extract from email:

Subject: Hosting Account Installed!
Your hosting account at HelioHost has been added to the creation queue. Here is your account information:
Username: phantom (note: case sensitive!)
Domain: phantomtest.co.cc
Control Panel URL: http://phantomtest.co.cc/cpanel
My username no longer appears in the creation queue, but I am still not able to log into cpanel. I have tried to follow the instructions to reset my password, but even with the new password provided I still get an error message stating login invalid.
Please could you tell me if I have done something wrong during setup? Or is this something you are able to fix. Thanks.
