    [Solved] Nameserver Dns Domain Unknown At Http://registro.br

    Hi again.

    I sent an email to registro.br and I'm at a kind of deadlock, see the response:

     

    O erro "Domínio desconhecido" indica que o servidor DNS indicado não está configurado para um determinado nome de domínio.

    The error "Unknown Domain" indicates that the specified DNS server is not configured for a particular domain name.

     

    Verifique a configuração dos servidores DNS em:

    Check the configuration of DNS servers:

     

    A configuração estará correta quando a resposta for: "Autoridade sobre o domínio".

    The configuration is correct when the answer is: "Domain Authority."

     

    O problema deve ser resolvido pela empresa que administra este servidor DNS.

    The problem should be solved by the company that administers the DNS server.

     

    It means, my http://registro.br only will accept the change at DNS server after I add the domain at heliohost, and heliohost only will accept the adition of domain after http://registro.br accept the change of DNS.
