Thanks guys, I can't delete .htaccess as it keeps coming back. but it's empty now. I set the permissions for public_html, public_html/.htaccess and public_html/index.html to 777. But still getting a 403. The exact error is this: You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Hi guys, My website was working this morning, but now I am getting a 403 even when I load an empty index.html in the public_html root, or anything else: http://amirba.heliohost.org/ user: amirba domain: amirba.heliohost.org server: stevie It may have been my fault because I did the following recently: * I did a little cleaning, deleted some folders including some of the _vti_ folders * deleted some unused databases * was playing around in the cgi screen * tried to install a drupal which didn't work. * very recently had a inactivity suspension, but It had worked after unsuspending. No cigar! still receiving: Error from park wrapper: amirbakhtiary.info is owned by another user. I have actually created two accounts on stevie right now: Domain= amirba.heliohost.org username=amirba server=Stevie Domain= amirbakhtiary.heliohost.org username=amirishe server=Stevie The second one uses the same credentials as my account on Johnny, but even that doesnt work. Ps. As soon as one of the servers work I promise to delete the other account!

Please! I intend to move to Stevie but some parts of my site has to be moved through exports. So I would be thankful if you could give me a backup so that I move whatever I can now. I'll delete the account after the server is back up.

Okay this was fixed. Thank you. After that I got an error saying that I hadn't redirected the name server and after I did that everything seems okay. I now just have to wait. and wiggle my thumbs...

My username is: amirishe and I am on: johnny.heliohost.org Oh and its the same thing when I try to add a addon domain. And one last question if someone would be nice and answer: should I be parking my domain or should I add it as an addon domain?
