[HH#362489] heliohost account page still says it's being set up

Thank you, I am able to view that now. I can't figured out how to get my flask app running. I've followed all the directions on this link: https://wiki.helionet.org/Flask and this one: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/27822-answered-how-do-i-use-flask-on-johnny/?p8919 which both give slightly different directions, but I have tried all variations I can think of. I can't quite determine if myapp.py and all the other source code should be in the flask folder or up a level in public_html. Otherwise, I have the cgi.cgi folder set up per instructions, the .htaccess and flask.wsgi. Are there any steps not mentioned in the tutorial for getting this application to actually run? So after much messing around, I think I broke my server. I don't think I want to use VPS anymore. I'm super confused and very frustrated at myself. I just bought a VPS server and was speaking with Krydos and I deleted the email without responding, due to the fact that there where multiple drafts and I thought I was deleting the drafts. The last message I think I remember receiving was about SSH and why I could not access it, due to bad username/password. I think I know why I got the error: Access Denied. I received error log emails from the server that stated the IP address I was accessing Putty from was blocked permanently. Is there any way that I can unblock myself? Thanks! ~Roy

I had ever created account with username mfahmiak in other server with this email address. I was gonna change server so I deleted my account. And I sign up again with the same email. I already check account status with username mfahmiak, and it says there's no account with that username.
