  1. Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A I have been trying to log into my account but the server keeps displaying an error message saying it is a "Invalid Login". I checked the Account Status page and apparently there's nothing wrong with it. I also tried resetting my password too times, but, due to server load, it was not possible. Although my website is still online, I need to be able to login in order to avoid the suspension of my account. What can I do? Username : nelsonar Thanks! --- Victor Araujo
  2. But someone did the same thing as i do, but only he uses another hosting provider, a free, and the other one is paid. two of them work well. Using wordpress, all of plugins is active, and using cloudflare. No problem found. Please be honest what is happening? It just happens at heliohost. 5. Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Failed to configure mail4hotspot.war to function in tech1evo.heliohost.org. It is a domain name tunnel which allows a client domain name tunnel software application to access the website for free, on mobile although been slow. Used an Android ftp application to upload the files, The files where successfully sent, failed to configure the mail4hotspot.conf file or how to activate the war file and access it. The is a npm nodejs JavaScript domain name tunnel library offline( not uploaded yet). Can that run on heliohost.org server. It is for online projects targeting the low income market where the end user can access the websites for free(-.

  7. Username: frimkron, Server: Tommy, Main domain: frimkron.heliohost.org Hi Sorry to bother you. I was wondering if I can transfer ownership of my account. I currently have an account on Tommy, username "frimkron" and email " mfrimston@gmail.com". However I would like to remove my login and transfer the account to a different username and email address ("pynw" and " pythonnw@gmail.com"), if this is possible. I don't mind whether you change the credentials on the current account or delete my account entirely and send a new invite; I have everything backed up. If you need any info from me please let me know. Many thanks for your help, it's very much appreciated. You guys are running a fantastic service. Kind regards, Mark

I presented my university project, which was the reason I was using it, therefore I don?t need it anymore so you can delete my account. My username is jorgedia. Thanks a lot for the service. 18. It worked. On Mon, 4 Mar 2019, 4:48 am Heliohost Support This error occurs due to your ISP changing your IP address too often. > Usually, this occurs when accessing cpanel from a mobile device (which > isn't supported, most cell phone companies can change your phone's IP as > often as every single time it transmits). > > The solution to this error is to either use a different internet > connection, or use a proxy or VPN to access our services. > > > You may view the status of your ticket by visiting: > > https://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic5268 > > Thank you, > Heliohost support > https://www.heliohost.org/ > https://www.helionet.org/ > >

  20. Thank you for all your help. I'm having one last problem. In main.py, at the top, when I put a line: "import textdictionary", without doing even anything else with it, I get ERR_EMPTY response upon trying to open up my home page. textdictionary.py is in the public_html/flask file, where main.py is located. Is there any reason why importing this would cause the program to crash? 21. In myapp.py I have a function: output(): that is wrapped in the route: app.route('/output'). Being that it appears I have to access my main page (wrapped in: app.route('/')) through crosswordsolver.heliohost.org/flask, I'm assuming I should be able to access this function through " crosswordsolver.heliohost.org/flask/output/" , but when I try to access this page it says the URL isn't found on the server. 22. Username: esceeles, Server: Ricky, Main domain: crosswordsolver.heliohost.org Hello, I have the home page of my flask app running, however when I try to access any other pages under different routes, for example: app.route('/output/'), either just through typing it into the url or by clicking an href button on a different page, I get a 404 not found. Are there some weird routing conventions on heliohost that I need to consider when writing these routes? Thanks, Ellie
  23. Username: esceeles, Server: Ricky, Main domain: crosswordsolver.heliohost.org I'm not sure what you mean... I have the three files that the tutorial asks for... exactly how it tells me to have them... word for word.. I copied and pasted everything. It should all be right there under public_html/flask. Acccording to that tutorial I only need those three files: .htaccess, flaksk.wsgi, and myapp.py. and they are all in the flask folder. What else am I missing or what looks incorrect to you?
  24. Username: esceeles, Server: Ricky, Main domain: crosswordsolver.heliohost.org I can't figured out how to get my flask app running. I've followed all the directions on this link: https://wiki.helionet.org/Flask and this one: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/27822-answered-how-do-i-use-flask-on-johnny/?p8919 which both give slightly different directions, but I have tried all variations I can think of. I can't quite determine if myapp.py and all the other source code should be in the flask folder or up a level in public_html. Otherwise, I have the cgi.cgi folder set up per instructions, the .htaccess, myapp.py and flask.wsgi. Are there any steps not mentioned in the tutorial for getting this application to actually run? If you need to look at my files, please go ahead.
  25. Thank you, I am able to view that now. However, I still can't figured out how to get my flask app running. Otherwise, I have the cgi.cgi folder set up per instructions, the .htaccess, myapp.py and flask.wsgi. Are there any steps not mentioned in the tutorial for getting this application to actually run when someone visits the url? If you need to look at my files that would be very okay.
