Username: doug domain: ftp.dougtayloractor.heliohost.org unsure which server I'm on.. can't get in to check I am not recognized by cpanel and my page is not available. Likely this is due to inactivity but your renew feature doesn't recognize my username either. I am Douglas Taylor. Have I just screwed up? Shall I start a new acct.? Fortunately, I had just started the site so it's no great chore. Is my domain name available to reuse or tied up by this acct. or... can you get me back in.
