I can't login to cpanel from the new website cpanel link. It says: This site can’t be reached The webpage at https://stevie.heliohost.org:2083/login/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED However, http://cpanel.cesarmanara.com/ works just fine and I can login normally.

Awesome, it worked! Registro.br allowed me to change the servers, I changed the main domain back to cesarmanara.com and whois.net already says livefloripa.com.br uses heliohost nameservers. Everything is looking good, thank you very much for the help

It should be: livefloripa.com.br I tried to change my main domain again. @wolstech you mentioned changing the main domain back to the original one, then adding the new one as a parked domain. Can I add the new one as an addon domain instead of parked? (And still keep the ns info okay with registro).

Hi, I'm not being able to reset my cpanel password. My domain is cesarmanara.com and the login name is nimb. I get the reset password email, input the confirmation code at the page requesting it and press send, but the page reloads and just asks for the code again. Hi, I believe something went wrong with my addon domain adding. But I could be wrong. Let me say something right away, it haven't been 24h since I done it, but close to 24 now. Now, I believe something is off because when I try to access it, I get to a page saying this: http://www.website-unavailable.com/main?wc=EWJsGghmBhlfDRBuBwsB&url=dota2brasil.org&servfail=&nref=&w=1920&h=955&ifc=0 I write this because with my previous experience just showed a page saying account queued, now it shows this, so I guess something *could* be wrong. Can you please look into it or is this page normal? The nameservers are pointed correctly. In DNS checker it just gives me the root servers( a.root-servers.net. to i.root-servers.net. ) on authority and additional section, nothing on answer. Hi, some time ago I requested a SRV entry to be made (here), today I checked on IRC and Krydos said to me that this is the record for my domain cesarmanara.com: "_sipfederationtls._tcp.cesarmanara.com 14400 IN SRV 10 2 5061 federation.messenger.msn.com." It is as it should be, DNS: SRV Service: _sipfederationtls._tcp.cesarmanara.com Protocol: _tcp Domain Name: cesarmanara.com Priority: 10 (or High priority) Weight: 2 Port: 5061 Target: federation.messenger.msn.com But for some reason this can't be looked up anywhere, so I believe something must be wrong with this entry. I've tried here: http://www.dns-info.cz/en/dns-test/, https://www.dnstrouble.com/ and here http://network-tools.com/nslook/Default.asp None of them seem to see this SRV entry, and I am having troubles using Windows live in other compatible platforms, which is the reason this SRV must exist for.
