Do i need to configure the DNS entries with ns1.heliohost.org/ns2.heliohost.org before or after that? I'm getting internal server error atm when i try it with username password and mydomain.com

Hi, i just registered with heliohost.org and wanted to use my own domain in the services. I even used my domain to register this account but unfortunatly my heliohost account is still username.heliohost.org, dunno if that supposed to be the case. Anyway, i need some advice how to set up mydomain.com/content/ instead of username.heliohost.org/content/ My provider asked me if there are any entries set in the domainzone when i told them to add ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org to the DNS Settings. I have no idea what it means or how to set it up myself. May someone help me out?
