Yup, made a total noob mistake (admittedly I am one). Currently combing through the hh_wiki to see how to resolve this. I am unable to log into cpanel, access ftp or anything. Those services apparently need to be re-installed. I tried to delete my account and recreate it but the server apparently wasn't able to find that either. No important data was lost. Can someone with access restore my root folder to factory/default settings? Sorry for the trouble. - Justin

What should I set as the destination? ns1.officelive.com (the dns settings I had my domain set to before heliohost) mail.live.com pop3.live.com They're all valid addresses, but none seem to do the trick. My login with live is "justin@vaughanj.com". Will I still be able to use the remote mx feature even if my email has the "@vaughanj.com" domain in it? I have a feeling live/hotmail won't pick it up. Hey all, I currently have been using the Microsoft Small Office Live package to monitor my email and host my website. However, I need more out of my website so I'm switching over to helios. From what I understand, its not possible to have my domain hosted via helios for my website purposes but to retain my @vaughanj.com email through the windows live service. Is this correct? Is there anyway to have the cpanel reroute and send my email to/from the live service?
