there is something strange on my hosting.

There are some files that i did not know that always present themselves and and that files should not exist here, right?. please see the picture, the red circle.

I am using the latest wordpress, something strange happened since I upgraded wordpress-core old to new.

that files using my storage too much.

It looks like your problem is permissions related.

Make sure all files and directories have these permissions and ownerships.

Directories: 755

Files: 644
