Hi, I have two problems 1- my subdomain: "dale.com.uy.sopenco.com" are queued 2- my domian: sopenco.com are redirecto to other domain. (i changed it yesterday but the redirect continue) is stragne because all domian with "www" are work normally

Ok. My account now is queued (actual problem), but i wont the message "HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED" apear on my domain. I now change the dns to quit this message. My question is, i have a risk of losing my account if i change my dns now? I think back my dns when the problem is fixed Sorry my english
