Got it working today. It worked when I registered on Johnny.

Think I have tested both Stevie and Johnny before.

Still the same problem I'm afraid. However this time it took almost 25 minutes to get the blank error message.

Thanks for the answer Tjoene. But that is the whole issue we are having.

We are trying to create an account but then gets the blank error message five minutes after we have recieved the mail saying "Hosting account installed"

No, no solution yet.

I have managed to confirm that it was Stevie I was on aswell.

But still no solution to the problem.

I would guess my account was suspended due to inactivity and then also deleted perhaps?

But when I try to create a new account it works at first but after about five minutes I get this mail:

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again.

Yes, a blank error message so I have no idea of what the problem is.

I am also seeing the cannot find webpage when I try to view the webpage, but all the records look good, and the database looks good, and other stevie accounts I have checked seem to be loading fine. Is it just me and milktogo who can't see the site?

I have had the same problem this sunday (and still have). But I guess it is a temporary problem as some have mentioned before.
