I received an alert that my account was suspended so I visited the link to re-activate it but it still looks like the account was deleted. Is there any way to restore my site? Thank you.

I received an email a while back about my account being suspended due to inactivity so I visited the renew page to have it renewed. I tried accessing it today but it still says it is suspended. When I try going to the renewal page, it says my account is not in the database. Are my files still on the server? My account name is kodos84. Please help. Thanks!
