Good day, my account has been marked inactive due to not being able to login for 30 days. I can still login to my account and I have not yet received an email of deletion so maybe I could request to be reactivated? I have tried this account renewal form as suggested in the FAQ but to no avail. http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew Is it possible that my account be reactivated so I don't have to change subdomains? Thanks.
