When I attempt to log in to my Heliohost hosted account, it says incorrect password. I then ask it to reset password. I then reset my password. And the new password also doesn't work.

Please advise me on what to do.

I was just going to post I am getting the same message, even though my site has been up for months now.

http://omaniwinter.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi is what I get.
